Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of our services and website.
Effective date: January 1, 2024. By using this website or booking any service with Iguazu Explorer Turismo, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services
Iguazu Explorer Turismo provides private, tailor-made guided tours in and around Iguazu Falls, covering the Argentine side, the Brazilian side, and selected destinations in Paraguay. We also offer extended journeys including Pantanal wildlife safaris and visits to the Jesuit Missions. All tours are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
2. Bookings and Confirmation
A tour is considered confirmed only after Iguazu Explorer Turismo has issued a written confirmation and, where applicable, a deposit or full payment has been received. Submitting an inquiry form does not constitute a binding reservation. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
3. Pricing
All prices quoted are in the currency specified at the time of proposal. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing. Quoted prices include only those services explicitly stated in your itinerary; any additional activities, meals, entrance fees, or gratuities not listed are the responsibility of the guest.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms are specified in your individual booking confirmation. In general, cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour date may receive a full or partial refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour date may be non-refundable. Cancellations due to force majeure (such as extreme weather, natural events, or government travel restrictions) will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the guest’s best interests in mind.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents, visas, and travel insurance appropriate for their itinerary. Guests must inform us of any health conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility limitations relevant to the tour before departure. Iguazu Explorer Turismo reserves the right to modify or terminate any tour if a guest’s behavior endangers themselves, other guests, wildlife, or the guide.
6. Health, Safety, and Risk
Tours in natural environments involve inherent risks including uneven terrain, wildlife, and variable weather conditions. Guests participate at their own risk. Iguazu Explorer Turismo takes all reasonable precautions to ensure guest safety and all vehicles are clean, comfortable, and maintained to high standards. We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance prior to departure.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Iguazu Explorer Turismo or its licensed providers and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Iguazu Explorer Turismo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in connection with any tour shall not exceed the amount paid by the guest for that tour.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná, Brazil.
