Organizing tours by the waterfalls and surroundings is relatively easy, but birdwatching or longer itineraries require a bit more time, so try to confirm these tours as soon as possible.

Tips for requests:
We are a small company and sometimes we are out so in maximum two days we will answer you.
To ask about availability for tours and prices is important:
1 - Inform the number of your flights or bus, arrival and Departure.
2 - What is your nationality or from where is the passport that you have.
3 - Please, don't create new messages every time you write, then will be easier for both of us to maintain our conversation.
4 - In order to confirm a booking we do a request of about 10% from the total through PayPal, the rest of the payment is made upon arrival.
In all tours are excluded: Optional tips to guides and drivers, drinks, personal medical insurance. Anything not specified in “Included".

100% payment deposited minimum 15 days before scheduled start date of package.
While all precautions are taken to provide services as listed, weather conditions or other unforseen circumstances may cause changes or cancellation of all or part of the package, or alterations in prices, lodging or transportation, without prior notice.
50% of payment is refundable in the event of all or part cancellation.
